Suggested Boneless Rib of Beef Joint Cooking Instructions
- Prep the Joint:
Take the boneless rib of beef out of the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking to let it come to room temperature. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or Gas Mark 6. - Seasoning:
Rub the joint with olive oil, then generously season with salt, pepper, and any herbs or garlic you fancy. - Searing:
Heat a large pan over high heat and sear the beef on all sides until it’s nicely browned. This locks in the flavour. - Roasting:
