These fish fingers are larger than usual by two times! Unlike the competition, which frequently uses “minced fish,” ours are crafted with premium wild Atlantic cod fillets.
They taste fantastic when served with peas and tartare sauce and can be baked. They make for a fairly simple and easy meal choice; they can be cooked from frozen in about 20 minutes or so and store in the freezer for months (if they last that long!).
