Delivery Information

Your order will be delivered straight to your door by one of our Love What You Eat distributors or by national courier service within 2-3 days of placing your order.

We offer delivery on all orders to mainland UK postcodes with the exceptions of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, all Scottish Islands, highlands and North of Falkirk. 

 

When ordering you’re able at the Checkout section to include any special delivery requirement.   After placing your order with Love What You Eat, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email Monday – Friday. If you order over the weekend a member of our team will contact you on the Monday. Please ensure you click which contact method you prefer when placing your order. There’ll be no need to wait in for your order as we won’t need a signature!

Please note that we opt to use both Paypal and Stripe as our payment platform. On the order page, please ensure that all fields have been completed before clicking the pay now button.

 

Returns & Refunds

As an online retailer we are governed by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. However, as we are selling perishable goods, the regulations relating to the return of unwanted goods do not directly apply to us. For more information, please go to www.dti.gov.uk. Orders can be cancelled any time up until the moment that they are dispatched (This is normally around 3pm on the day before you are expecting delivery). If you would like to amend your order, we recommend giving us a ring where a member of our team will be able to help.

 

Exchanges And Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service from Love What You Eat please contact us by emailing us via the Contact us page of the website. We shall be happy to exchange or refund any item you feel does not meet our quality standards, or any item that has been lost or damaged in transit as per the following terms: 

  • If your parcel does not arrive within 24 hours of your delivery slot, please contact us to begin tracing. We ask our couriers for a signature and proof of delivery and will dispatch a replacement box as soon as possible in the event that the box has been misplaced.
  • If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible within 72 hours or receipt of the parcel. Please take a picture of the damaged box and / or item and send it to us.
  • If your parcel has been delivered in tact, but is missing one of the products you ordered, please take a picture of the box contents and send it to us within 7 days of receipt of the parcel. You will be offered a refund or replacement for the item. If you would like us to replace the item that you ordered, we shall send you the correct one as soon as possible.
  • If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. You will be offered a refund or replacement for the item. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item that you ordered, we shall send you the correct one as soon as possible.
 
If you notify us of a problem outside of the above terms, then Love What You Eat will not be liable for any replacement or refund, and any compensation offered will be done at our discretion.
 

FAQ

Is there a minimum spend?
  1. Orders under £45.00: £5.95 delivery fee applies.
  2. Minimum spend requirement: £30.00.
  3. Orders of £45.00 or more: Free delivery.

So, if your order is under £45.00 and you haven’t reached the minimum spend requirement of £30.00, a delivery fee of £5.95 will be applied. If your order is £45.00 or more, delivery will be free.

No, you can make a one-off purchase, order at a time to suit you or you can subscribe and save more money.

We extend our delivery services across the entirety of mainland UK, facilitated either through our dedicated transportation network or reputable courier services Parcel Force. Rest assured, regardless of your location, our commitment to prompt and reliable delivery remains unwavering.

 
 
We offer delivery from Tuesday to Saturday, with an additional fee for Saturday deliveries. We operate for a total of five days per week.

We always make contact either by email or if you prefer telephone to arrange a convenient delivery day.

Your order will be delivered straight to your door by one of our Love What You Eat distributors or by national courier service within 2-3 days of placing your order.

We will also contact you the morning of delivery with a 2 hour time slot, we can also leave goods in a safe place for you if you are not home.

 
 
We take all major credit and debit card payments including Apple & Google Payment

We send with special gel packs and dry ice keeping the food frozen for 48 hours in specially designed polly boxes

 

All of our goods are frozen and are delivered frozen. There are many benefits to frozen food including a longer shelf life, reduced chance of food borne bacteria living on the surface, and, if you shop with Love What You Eat, you can purchase individually packaged frozen meat and seafood. By individually packaging these items, they will arrive fresher, thaw faster, and you only defrost and cook what you need. Faster, higher quality, more convenience, and less waste.
