IQF Raw HOSO Black Tiger Prawns(16/20) – Premium, raw, head on, shell on, black tiger prawns. Semi Individually Quick Frozen to preserve their quality. 16/20 prawns per pound, approximately 20 prawns per pack. Simply defrost then cook until pink in colour, then add into pasta dishes, curries, seafood dishes, or served with garlic butter and crusty bread.
Shrimp (Crustaceans)
To defrost keep 1 to 2 hours at room temperature or put shrimps in cold running water for about 5 min. Do not freeze again once defrosted. Grill, fry or cook the shrimps for approx. 3 min. As soon as the shrimps turn red they are ready to eat.
