Our haddock loins are prepared for your preferred use. You can portion them according to your needs, so you can experiment with different recipes and meal options. Our haddock has a mild flavour and is somewhat sweeter than cod. When cooked, it forms the ideal large, white flakes.
Haddock has a slightly sweet, delicate taste and is easy to cook following the basic rules; don’t overcook it or it will become dry and don’t over season as this will hide the delicate taste.

Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours.
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
